Orders can be canceled within 3 days after purchase. After this period, the product enters the production process and can no longer be canceled or returned.
If the product has a non-human-related quality issue, HEKA offers a 30-night worry-free return for both standard and customized products.
Returned products will be inspected and verified. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
HEKA offers free return shipping in most areas. If you are located in a remote or hard-to-reach area, returns are available, but complimentary return shipping may not apply. Please contact us in advance to confirm whether your address is eligible and to receive your return label.
