Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that we have received your request but does not guarantee order acceptance.

Order Acceptance:

For standard products, HEKA reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at its discretion. Orders are considered accepted once they have been shipped.

For customized products, cancellations are not allowed after 3 days from the order date, as production begins after this period.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
