Transaction Information and HEKA Information are two separate types of Personal Information we collect, and they are used for different reasons. Transaction Information is collected through a variety of touchpoints, such as our stores, websites, etc. and it does not include any information collected through HEKA technology. HEKA Information is collected through your use of HEKA product and mobile app.

Log info. When you use the service of our product, the server will automatically record some information, including but not limited to your use of our services, your visited URLs, the language set in your browser, and the time of your visit.

Device info. Certain products and/or services include a unique application number. When you install, activate, update, or uninstall relevant services, or when the services communicate with this product regularly (such as software updates), the system will send the application number and installation-related information (such as operating system type and application version number) to this product.

Transaction and follow-up information. For your purchase of our products from the website or retail store, we need to collect transaction information, comment feedback, problem feedback, customer return visit, etc., to improve our products, technologies and services, enhance market influence and service level.

For better services, the product system will automatically store the registration information when you voluntarily choose our services and provide personal information. For an enhanced service experience, the product requires permission to use Bluetooth and access your location. Using the information collected, our product will provide personalized services. For example, we will provide you with more customized suggestions for your sleep by analyzing your data. The above information can also help us improve our products or services and will also be used to upgrade our service.

• Our product may exert statistical analyses on product usage. At the same time, we may share this data information with the public to show the overall usage trend of our service. The relevant reports shall not contain any of your personally identifiable information.

• We use HEKA information to provide you with HEKA services. It is used to ensure HEKA APP is functioning properly. HEKA Information is used to analyze the performance of our products and develop new products and features.

• HEKA Information is limited to us and trusted partners assisting us in enhancing security, ensuring the HEKA services work, and continuing to provide consumers with advanced features to improve your sleep.

We place great importance on information security. For the product, we strive to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure through strict measures. We attach great importance to the information protection of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should receive the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using this product and/or service and entering your accurate age information.

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of consumer information by HEKA Corporation and its affiliated entities. This applies to all interactions between us and individuals who purchase or use our products or services, including family members, partners, and other persons for whom you create a HEKA profile or whom you authorize to use our products or services. This Privacy Policy covers all interactions between you and us, and outlines our privacy practices for all information we collect about you from any source. If you provide us with information about another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that we may use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We collect a few types of information about or from you:

• "Personal Information" refers to information that can identify you or can be linked to you, and includes both "Transaction and Engagement Personal Information" as well as "HEKA Personal Information."

• "Transaction and Engagement Personal Information" refers to Personal Information that we collect through various interactions, such as when you make a purchase or engage with us in our physical stores, on our websites, through social media, or at events. However, please note that this does not include any Personal Information that we collect through the use of HEKA technology.

• "HEKA Personal Information" pertains to Personal Information that we gather through the use of HEKA technology.

• "Non-Personal Information" refers to information that cannot be used to identify you as an individual and cannot be linked to you in any way. This includes information that we collect in a manner that does not identify you individually, as well as information that was initially collected as Personal Information but has since been de-identified to remove any details that could be used to identify you or link you to the information .

We collect Transaction and Engagement Personal Information from you when you either provide it to us or use our services. This can include, when you:

• Place an order, such as purchasing a HEKA mattress or any other product we offer

• Schedule a delivery

• Create a User Profile on our website

• Participate in a sweepstakes, promotion, or survey

• Visit our website or any of our retail stores

• Fill out a warranty card, business reply card, or other form

• Contact us via email, phone, or chat

• Provide us with your information at an event

• Engage with us on social media

• Participate in any other activity with us, such as using any of our services (excluding HEKA technology)

We collect HEKA Personal Information from you through your use of HEKA APP, including when you:

• Create an account profile in HEKA

• Use the HEKA mobile app

• Choose to connect HEKA with a Third-Party Service

Generally, HEKA services include data collection, data analysis, and inferences we may draw from your HEKA data, aggregated HEKA data, or sleep science insights to provide you with personalized content. We do not engage in the sale of any of your HEKA Personal Information or use it to direct advertising towards you. However, we do collect HEKA Personal Information and might share it with certain vendors for the specific purposes that are outlined in the table below. Please note that we will not share your HEKA Personal Information with any other third parties unless you have given us prior consent or have specifically requested us to do so.

We take reasonable measures to safeguard your Personal Information against any unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. This includes maintaining appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural security safeguards. However, we cannot guarantee that any data transmission or storage system is 100% secure. Although we use encryption technologies and other reasonable precautions to protect your confidential information, we cannot ensure that transmissions through the internet are entirely secure or free from interruption, delay, error, or interception. If you feel that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately using the number provided in the "Contact HEKA" section of this Privacy Policy.

For HEKA, we may collect, store, and use HEKA Personal Information about your children under 18 years old. If you create a HEKA profile for them or allow them to use a HEKA-enabled bed you purchased. We will only collect necessary personally identifiable information with parental/legal guardian consent. By creating a profile for your child or allowing them to use a bed with HEKA enabled, you give your consent for the collection, use, and sharing of personal and usage information about your child in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We will not intentionally collect Personal Information about children unless you create a profile for your child. We will not share personally identifiable informationthat we collect about a child with third parties, except for information that we share to provide the services requested by the child's parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and except as provided in the “HEKA Personal Information” section of this Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly advertise or market to children.

If you choose to participate in HEKA's Sleep Science Research, we may analyze the data collected through your use of HEKA and the information you provide to us as part of the study (together referred to as "study data"). This analysis will be used to identify connections and correlations between your HEKA data and the information you self-report as they relate to the specific research being conducted. Before using your study data in Sleep Science Research, we will provide you with information on the specific study and how your study data will be used for your consent. If you consent to participate, we may share your study data with our research partners.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and encourage you to review it periodically. You can find the date of the last update at the bottom of this page. If we make any significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by appropriate means.
